Minor bug fixes, feature additions and changes.
- updated the 'New Personal Best' screen
- added level completion screen UI
- added animations for hats at the start of the level
- jumps can be canceled by right clicking
- updated UI of 'RESTART' button
- moved 'NEXT MAP' button to the middle of the screen
- added decoration to the start of C1M01 (Xayzavian 1st level)
