Max scale has been increased by 10x, now 1m to 1000km. Textures have been updated as well to provide a more detailed look at several of the larger planets and moons (take a look at Mars and the Moon). In addition, the motion model now moves the sun and other planets relative to the (auto) selected planet (or moon). Below is a list of all the updates and bug fixes.
Updates
- 10x increase in zoom
- Improved texture detail
- Motion relative to selected object or star
- Auto-Relative Motion setting allows motion relative to star when zoomed out
- Default rotation for moons is tidally locked
- 5 major moons of Uranus now textured with images.
- Vesta and Arrokoth now have 3D models
Bug Fixes
- Fixed planet not re-sizing while motion enabled.
- Uranus was upside down, currently we are looking at the northern hemisphere.
- Directional light corrects lighted hemisphere movement as zoom increases.
