SinglePlayer Fixes:
- Stim animation sped up
- Holding control during prologue can reset player size fixed
- Legs too high while crouching fixed
- Early access end level not loading in fixed
- Mission 7 end battle no longer in black & White
- Added M1 Garand to end battle mission 7
- Fix car no longer running over melee enemies
- Sleeve no longer casts shadow
- Make checkpoint unlocked text in lower third of the screen
