Patch to fix a few annoying bugs and also some improvements:
Fixed Jeep bug that had the wheels not colliding with the floor
Mission 8 new enemy collisions
Mission 1 blocked off area player shouldn't pass through
Mission 8 weapon wheel fixed
Mission 8 more ammo added at start of mission
Good death effects for crocs and turtles re added
Corrected incorrect key in tutorial text
