

DreamHack was incredible! Thanks to everyone who visited our booth and tested the game. We even did some live coding each day for last-minute changes and patches as issues arose. Here’s what’s new:
Reworked ui

Singleplayer
Features
• New tutorial highlighting the Construction Queue in Plenty of Grain
• Updated Raider tutorial
• Added “Demand to Become Tributary” treaty option to Diplomacy
Bug Fixes
• Slaves assigned to Games now properly give Happiness
• Fixed washed-out colors and incorrect transparency on some weather particles
Multiplayer
Features
• New scenarios
• Host enters Spectator Mode when defeated
• Added speed setting "Fixed" (locked to default speed 4)
• Diplomacy disabled for now (not fully implemented)
• Save button disabled for non-hosts
Bug Fixes
• Lobby settings now correctly synced between all clients
• Multiplayer settings no longer overridden when loading new scenarios
• Game speed recalculates on player defeat/leave
• Multiplayer games are now winnable
• Color selection fixes
• Fixed overlapping text in multiplayer chat
Map Editor
Features
• Added ability to filter created events by trigger

• Fixed Settlement Taken trigger crash

Units / AI

• AI cavalry flanking behavior added for siege defense

• Peasants can no longer build Outposts — only armies
• Improved pathfinding logic
• Animation fixes for armies
• Army-created Outposts now use generic names (“Supplies Post #1”)
