Written a better mission briefing for the single mission.
Updated some of the scores for buildings to make them more unified....
Warehouses reduced from 100pts to 20pts
Watch Tower reduced from 100pts to 15pts
Medical warehouse reduced from 100pts to -100pts (there will be no war crimes! ːsteamhappyː)
Updated the single mission system so that secondary mission briefings can be set or removed completely.
