UPDATE #18 Good Times & Chill

Hey Loners,

Today’s patch is all about sound, feel, and flow.

We’ve added new SFX to a bunch of Curios, gave Warren some proper attention, and polished several rough edges across visuals, performance, and QoL.

What’s New

Curios SFX

Fresh sounds for a full lineup of Curios! These now feel as powerful as they play.

  • Twister Baker

  • Walkypot

  • Spongeblaze

  • Liquid Decoy

  • The Eater

  • Shuriken Burst

  • Tether Pad

  • Pyro Brush

  • Good Times

  • Berserk Brew

  • Revenge Reverb

Changes

Warren Balancing Pass

  • Now prioritizes unused attacks to keep fights less predictable.

  • Certain attacks now hit harder.

  • Increased total HP for a longer, more deliberate encounter.

Evolutions and Effects

  • Added hit SFX for Death Do Us Part.

  • Landing from Instant Singularity now adjusts its SFX based on jump intensity.

Fixes

  • Fixed players getting stuck in certain spots on Diamantina.

  • Fixed AoE VFX replaying briefly after finishing.

  • Fixed enemies being immune to slow and moving 50% faster than intended.

  • Fixed issue where players could get stuck after a picnic if someone disconnected during the “Going to Camp” countdown.

  • Fixed bug where enemy debuff VFX triggered on random nearby enemies.

  • Fixed buff/debuff VFX not pausing properly when the game was paused (Doom, Chill, Freeze, Burn, etc).

Known Issues

  • Some sound effects are still undergoing adjustments and polish
