Fixes

  • Silent NPCs issue: Edited default narrative rules to slightly improve chances of NPCs responding with dialogue when appropriate. This fix is not foolproof. If the issue persists, please file a bug report.
  • Fixed bug in multiplayer where client healing themselves would result in host being healed
  • Fixed error when AI needed to edit narrative rules caused by ${perspective_inst} which is now an expected placeholder
  • Fixed multiplayer bug where attributes, skills, and abilities from non-hosts often weren’t saved
  • Fixed error when starting location wasn’t specified
  • Fixed glitchy tooltip for community scenarios/characters
  • Fixed bug where scenario settings could be wrongly grayed out in game
  • Added destination npc descriptions to context when changing locations
  • Added logic to add first-appearance story turn to NPC interaction history
  • Removed blocked/locked from entity generation prompts since blocking thing had been deprecated for a long time (since approximately January 2026)
  • Fixed consumable icon display bug
  • Fixed bug appearing to revert scenarios to default when saving non-English scenarios
  • Fixed layout/alignment issues for non-English text in Scenario Settings
  • Fixed overflowing buttons for non-English text in player details editor
  • Added ability to edit class name/description in scenario editor
  • Fixed minor cosmetic issue with game log view text sometimes extending into the scroll bar
  • Fixed bug where non-hosts were allowed to portal or go up one level in multiplayer
  • Switched visual order of items vs skills tab in Scenario Editor player details (rare+ items benefit from skills context when choosing which skills to grant bonuses to)
  • Added tooltip on hovering over items in player equipment/items tab in Scenario Editor.
  • Added option to customize maximum sublocation depth (only applies to entity generation when initializing a location)
