User can now manually override Sclender's title bar detection. This is important because bugs happen when Sclender thinks there is a title bar but there isn't one. To see these bugs for yourself, try Sclender with your browser's pop-out-video on Youtube or Twitch and compare with the override on vs off. (be sure to turn off the browser's hardware acceleration first! See wiki, under Support, for details.)
The override switch is located on the Render Config panel, under "Capture".
Sclender will now use half of the cores on your system for CPU-based rendering (or 1 if there is only 1 core)
If Sclender fails to attach successfully to an app, the user will be notified (try it with the new Windows Calculator)
