How will this summer pass us by?
Before it gets too hot, let’s dive into this devlog we prepared.
Completed Work
Gadgets
– We’ve fixed all the bugs with gadgets.
They’re finally working perfectly!
First Boss of the Raid “The House of Light”
– This will be the first massive enemy you encounter.
The bigger they are, the louder they fall.
Special Enemies
– “Smoker,” which deploys smoke to block vision, and “Volt,” which uses a stun baton, are now complete.
Smoker explodes with a cloud of smoke when defeated by hitting its exposed weak point on the belly.
If you want to avoid the explosion, you’ll need to destroy its helmet first and hit the weak point on its head to take it down.
For Volt, we designed it so that hitting the belly weak point would trigger an electric blast upon death, but since we’re not sure how this will affect game balance, we’ve temporarily disabled this feature for now.
Enemy Behavior and Animation Adjustments
– Fixed the issue where enemy hand positions were misaligned.
Enemies now pause briefly after attacking before striking again.
Hit Effects Updated
– The hit effects that display when bullets hit enemies have been updated.
Molotov, Wire Grenade, and Clock Bomb
– Molotovs ignite the ground.
Wire grenades deploy slowing wire to hinder enemy movement.
The Clock bomb rings loudly to attract nearby enemies—and then explodes.
Work in Progress
Weather
– We are working on weather effects.
Visual effects are implemented, but weather-related debuffs for players are not yet complete.
Lobby
– This will be the lobby where all players can gather and spend time together.
Act 1, Chapter 1 Map
– Only the basic structure has been created so far.
Next Goals
– Implement weather debuff effects
– Complete Act 1, Chapter 1 map
– Add more special enemies
– Add functional areas within the lobby (firing range, game selection)
There’s a unique satisfaction in letting work flow naturally and smoothly.
So far, everything is going well without any major issues.
Questions are always welcome!

Sometimes, the most primitive methods work best.
