Hotfix for Update 4

- Fixed race countdown on several tracks
- Adjusted lighting on Zar's Circuit
- Decreased AI top speed on Lionheart's Spaceway
- Adjusted the amount of credits gained for most tracks
- Adjusted the amount of experience gained for most tracks
- Fixed collectible card system not showing up a certain amount of wins
- Added new camera filter (Low Color)
- Added Random Color select to ship select menu (Y on Xbox controller, C on keyboard)
