All Quiet Roads Update v6.12 - Crash Penalties & Classic Mode Maintenance
Development is currently focused on refining Classic mode, resolving a major scoring exploit, and introducing new tracking mechanics for vehicle crashes.
Scoring Penalties for Crashes: The AQR score is no longer strictly the most recent raw score recorded while no roads are in danger. Any vehicle that crashes is now directly deducted from the final AQR score.
One-Way Road Crashes: Inserting one-way roads to intentionally stop traffic no longer results in vehicles merely being towed away. Vehicles blocked by this maneuver will now crash.
Exploit Eliminated: These mechanical changes eliminate an exploit where deliberate crashes acted as a free towing system, which previously permitted virtually infinite scores.
Crash Counter: The info panel, accessed via the ⓘ button next to the player score, now displays a crash counter detailing exactly how many vehicles have been removed from the board due to crashing. These vehicle crashes have been deducted from your AQR score.
