New features

Panels can now be placed where you want : They are no longer tied to their dock. - Drag a tab from a dock to another one to move its panel. - Or right click a tab, and pick the dock to send it to. - New dock at the bottom right, next to the shader and the project settings. - A dock without any panel left hides itself to give more room to the others. - The layout is saved with the project, and reused for the new ones.
Panels can also be detached from the interface with the "Make Floating" menu, to use them in their own window. - The window opens exactly where the panel was, closing it docks the panel back. - Its position, size, maximized state and screen are remembered, so a panel moved to a second monitor comes back there.

Changes

The window of the application now remembers its position, its size, if it was maximized and on which screen it was, instead of always starting maximized.
Added a right click menu on the project tabs, with "Close Project", "Close Other Projects" and "Close All Projects".
