This patch re-introduces difficulty unlocks, which I had forgotten to implement for the new character selection screen.
- New players can choose between difficulty 0, 1 and 2
- To unlock new difficulties, simply beat the highest difficulty you have access to
- If you would like to skip this progression, there's a checkbox for that in the 'cheats & challenges' menu.
