Minor update

Extended the anniversary event length by a couple of days.
You can use disassemble broken electronics in a workshop.
You can now disassemble your personal weapons for parts in the workshop.
– Use the inventory card first; only done for a couple of guns so far.
You can now only use implant focus when you have more than one implant.
Split the Accessories slot into small and large items.
– Some outfits might need tweaking.
Switched to new, more robust way of maintaining hand size.
– If you drop from a high number that you've had for a while, you've almost certainly been benefitting from a bug.
– But I will check all reported cases.
Fixed the broken image for the Chiala Rex.
Fixed implant focus sometimes getting stuck on.
