First of all, a big thank you for such great feedback from many players over the last month.
Here is a list of things I will work on based on this feedback for the 2.0 release and leading up to the release:
* The ability to control the sprite/avatar speed.
Some players like to exercise at the same speed as the avatar. I totally get this and it must be frustrating when the avatar is moving too slowly or too fast. So I will add this feature very soon.
* The ability to turn off jumping exercises.
I can fully understand why this feature has been requested by players as many people have neighbours below them and don't want to annoy them. Plus if someone has issues with jumping up and down due to whatever reason, they can just turn them off.
* An indication of how long it takes to unlock each location.
This has been requested by players lately and for good reason. It is good to know how long it will take to unlock each location, then players can make mini goals to unlock the next room.
* A progress bar added.
This is a no brainer, but I did not even think about it until it was requested. Which is an example of where players will pick up on something I haven't paid attention too, or will notice something I don't.
I really like it that you guys as players feel comfortable in telling me straight what you want in the app/game and about how you expect it to be and what you want changing. I love constructive feedback.
I like how players have mainly taken control of the development roadmap through suggestions. It is headed in the direction of what players want, not just a developer second guessing what people might want, which is great.
I am in a lockdown right now, at least for 1 or 2 months I'd imagine, so this gives me even more hours to implement player ideas.
Stay safe and thank you once again for all your support and helpful ideas.
Cheers,
Kevin :)
