Hello again everyone! We continue our marathon of updating Fated Kingdom digital board game. This time we decided to tackle improvements in several areas at once. First, we brought back animated cursors that were gone after upgrading to a new version of the Unity engine.
Secondly, we slightly revised the rulebook based on your feedback. Coins no longer count towards victory points, but towers do! We've also expanded descriptions on combat dice and game board. Along with that, we reworked «Relentless Knight», which raised questions after the escape mechanic was removed. We hope that now it will be easier for beginners to get used to.
Thirdly, we fixed a bug with the fate sphere, tightened the layout on the guild selection screen, and improved the display of english fonts. And modders can now clear numeric values instead of removing the entire card.

We also decided to change one problematic card - «Wheel of Fortune». It caused a lot of questions and negatively affected the dynamics of the game. This now has a much clearer condition that is easy to track. It was also decided to slightly change the «Cliff» square so that it does not repeat one of the other squares on the game board. In addition, this change should slightly reduce the average match time.

If the game continues to use the settings from the previous version after the update, use the Alt+Enter keyboard shortcut to force the game into windowed mode. This is not the last update to the game, but we intend to take a short break in the coming months. Along with the badge, you will receive a random Steam chat emoticon and/or profile background. There are ten emoticons and ten backgrounds of various rarities in total. After creating the badge, you may collect cards again. If you manage to collect all fifteen cards again, then you can create a next level badge. The maximum badge level is fifth.
