The game is compatible with Steam Deck, but the compatibility isn't perfect. If you want a better gaming experience on the Steam Deck, you'll need to make these adjustments:
Controller Control: You can search for community layouts. If you can't find a suitable layout in the community, choose the official keyboard (WASD) and mouse layout for perfect game operation compatibility.
Resolution: The game may have some UI issues at 1280X800 resolution. When starting the game title, have the character walk off the right edge of the screen to enter the first world (world1). At this point, use the touch screen to click the gear button (settings) in the upper right corner and adjust the resolution to 1280X720 for a more perfect game experience.
3. By default, the game will automatically select a compatibility layer. If this fails, manually selecting Proton 9.0-4 will allow the game to launch.
