Hello Landlords,
So today after a year of working night and day on forming this lump of clay into a game we have the final version of Landlord simulator. To start off we have addressed and added the following:

The fps issue outside is now 100% solved and correct
The fps in steppe is 100% solved and corrected
A new mini game for fixing had been implemented and tested
The AI has been reworked and tested
A new pause addition has been added
The tutorials have changed into an easier to read format
The tutorials will now act individually (so no more popping up if you have already closed it)
The apartments have been Added and Tested
The stat screen has been changed
You will have to restart Sorry
So going forward we are not going to be adding any more playable features to the game if anything is added if will be purely cosmetic. We have worked very hard to ensure we found and fixed any bugs and glitches that were there. But we will still remain vigilant if any more might arise. We will check the discussion here once a week or so but the best way to let us know of any other problems is through our website.
We want to thank everyone who has helped us get to this point and give us suggestion to what would be nice addition to the game. We implemented those that would not changed it into a different game than what we had imaged all the way in the beginning. We can’t be more thankful to everyone.
As we slowly transition to full release and into the start of a new game we will post any details here just in case you might want to follow it.

We were playing the new build and saw a lot of stuff that was left behind in the wake of these many updates. so this is a quick fix to bring up everything up to par, below is an overview of what has been fixed.

Fixed abandoning home function
Minigame maps updated
Fixtures on businesses will not fall anymore
Props in the market are now where they're supposed to be
The stats in the left corner will not reset upon replaying a mini game
Abandoned homes will no longer get issues
Added random loading screen pictures

So today we have part 2 of 2 and this brings it up to v3.5.1, so seeing how nothing happened with the save files that means that everything is a okay in that aspect. so with this we added the mini game and place the apartments in world. next update we are going to be focusing only on the apartments and possibly another mini game and just finishing everything up, so just doing a little bit of last-minute sweeping of the rug. Below is an overview.

So like we said, next update is going to be all about the apartments so with that being the last update we have to do. If you do see anything wrong, like always let us know in the links below or in the discussions here on Steam. If you do want to see anything added in of course let us know and we'll see about getting it in there before the final game is completed and of course enjoy this current build until the next.

So Today we have a part 1 of 2 update for you, we noticed that our changes last update messed with quite a few things in game. So below is what is in part 1 of this update and because you the players have been so good about letting us know about the issues you have been seeing in the AI, mini games, home insides etc. We are going to let this update stay out for 2 days then if everything is well with everyones saved data and such we will put part 2 which will finish up the v3.5.0 update.

So today we are just letting you know that the next update is going to be on the 21st of October instead of the 14th. We are doing this to combined a few different updates so we have a whole package at the end. Though we blame this on the AI (too smart for its own good) So for the update, when it's out is going to include the following.

2 new mini games (mail sorting, clean house)
AI overhaul
Insides for all businesses
Map markers for businesses
Apartment building placement
cars possibility ( if the people stop walking in front of them )
Final details around town
Then after this the only thing left is going to be finalizing the apartments then we will have a finished game. So keep an eye out for this update on the 20th and of course if anything else is added we will let you know then.

So today we have part 2 of the mini updates, v3.4.0 is here and this brings just a few things to the game and has hopes of changing other things already placed. Below is what was changed here:

A few Ai will no be present even if no homes are owned
Now the next update is going to touch on the following items which will added insides to the businesses. That is not going to be too much more than a time waster really because upkeep on the building might not be added really haven't decided on that yet. Then besides that we are going to work on a new mini game. Along with adding some more small things, below is an overview:

So today we have the long and delayed update to v3.3.0 and it is going to be a fun one. So to start off as the title states this is part one out of six. We are going to be releasing mini updates throughout the month. At least once a week and one extra somewhere in the mix so lets explain what's going on here.
This update did cause a lot of problems because when it was getting done it interfered with a lot of the other game mechanics. So we had to break it down piece by piece to get everything working. Then at the same time balancing was a large issue because what fun is a game you can spam a single building for money. So while doing all that we said this town looks a little empty and full of trees. So over the month the mini updates are going to bring a few different things.

A larger town to explore and enjoy
Buildings that are just for show
Two to four other businesses to own
Apartments to own and manage
Little bug fixes

We have such a fine addition to the game today 3 more mini games added on the top layer that all you players can see. But a lot of under mining work done. We have fixed a few bugs that we found while testing the game and yes we do know that homes are not being abandoned right now. We are working on that issues now because it lies somewhere deep down that we never wanted to touch but oh well. Also don’t forget to turn tutorials on to know what is going on. Well that’s all for now, the next update is going to be the long awaited business update. In which you will be able to buy and take care of businesses. This will be completely different that owning homes so it will add to the challenge of the game. Today we have rather great news …. You have to restart again. Yes we know it horabble but once again we have tried to ensure it won’t happen again hopefully. But in all seriousness this updates brings a slew of new features that have been asked for and other that we added in ahead of schedule. First and foremost you will now be able to choose how much you charge for rent. But you also will have a background moral meter that will start to affect you late in game. We also added an in game tutorial and got rid of the game guide for now. The ui has changed as well and the way the houses themselves work. We have also worked in some new and expected features of owning a home. Below is an overview.
