Fixed bug where the level never ends if the last enemy alive is a bomber, and that bomber escapes. Fixed bug where the HUD’s “Enemies Detected” count could be incorrect.

Version 1.0.22 released
Fixes a bug where the player's fighter can slide backwards after spawning on the carrier, potentially damaging it (or at least scratching up the paint job).
