2025.8.f.4 FULGENTIUS Fixed a bunch of Steam Deck issues that slowly accumulated over time (and resulted in Steam Deck version becoming effectively unplayable). In-game input hints now properly update once the relevant keybinding changes. Consistent font size for all input hints.
"Somehow I can read the words in sufficiently bright light… There's something about the sounds that sharpens the soul." Like the title says: Cultist Simulator and all DLC is now fully playable in beautiful, beta’d French and Spanish! Thank you so much to everyone who helped test
"It's not a loop - it's a spiral!" That's Alan Wake, in Alan Wake 2 . If you try to attribute the quote in the normal way, you get this: "It's not a loop - it's a spiral!" - Alan Wake, Alan Wake 2 which looks ineluctably like a typo. Anyway, spirals. Tomorrow is the seventh anniv

"Chitinous cities embrace the Change, or struggle against plagues of leaf and amber..." AK here. It still tickles me how few people realise Weather Factory is literally just two people (plus, ofc, trusted freelancers). I answer support emails every week addressed to 'Dear Support
"Serena and Azita discuss the exploits and the disappearance of the Diarist, the Lantern-long who as a mortal was named Lars Westergren. 'He was a monster,' Serena acknowledges, 'but he was our monster.'" Just a lil' cross-promo post to let you Cultist players know that we've jus
"The Wood opens around me, but with my new eyes, I see another path now..." OK, this quote from Cultist Simulator is possibly one of the grimmest things AK ever wrote in the game (the 'Marinette ending' from The Dancer DLC . IYKYK). But I am repurposing it to herald to a good thi
Chel's patch notes: Fixed an Apostle legacy bug that made it impossible to heal followers wounded by an enemy Long - but only if you were playing a localized (non-English) version of the game. No words enough to convey how hard the Devil worked to make this bug possible. - Some s
