It took us quite some time, but here we are with another update! This time we did not only fix a lot of bugs, we also added new features.
A complete Relation system is added to the game! This means students are not just lifeless creatures, but they now like (or hate) other students, or teachers.

You can read their diary when clicking on a student and then pressing the 'diary' menu item. This new system brings a lot more life to your school.

We also got various feedback about the 'view' system. If you did not know already, at the top of the screen a dropdown button was added in the last update.
It allows you to select what you want to see in your school. The default view does not contain anything special, but the 'wifi' view makes sure you can see the range of your routers!
This can be really nice if you are building that new classroom which (obviously) needs super fast internet!
Since it can be a bit hard sometimes to see what tables are unreachable, we added a new view. This view will show unreachable tables in your school!
Another thing we worked on is the design of menus. We remade the 'options' menu and the school paper. Now you can enjoy the schoolpaper even more!

Of course besides these new features, we also fixed bugs and improved the performance of the game. Pathfinding is now a lot faster, which means you will see less students/teachers thinking about how to walk ;).

A new relation system
At least 10 times faster loading of maps
A new view that shows tables that are unreachable
You can now set the starting position of the teachers and students
Easier to edit buildings that are already built, just click and hold your mouse button!
Added two new floors
Redesign of the options and newspaper screens
Improvement of the overall performance
A lot of bug fixes!

You can now edit objects while building! This means that you no longer have to close the building menu to simply edit an object. Just click and hold on an object to start editing it! (To edit walls, you still have to exit the building menu.)

Fixed a bug where removing the soccerfield was impossible.

We would like to thank everyone for supporting us. We're a very small team, but we really love Rule Your School. A new update has been published, which contains new objects!

Wifi! We cannot live without it, and your students want it too! Build Routers and make sure all rooms have good wifi. A room without wifi means students who will complain.
Views! To make sure it's easy to see the range of your Routers, we've added views. You can switch views on the top of your screen, or by pressing 'V'. Currently the game has two views, normal view and wifi view.
Smoother building. To make our building system even smoother, we've changed some mechanics while building. You do not have to press the confirm button everytime you're done building, simply start building something else!
Easier editing. You could already edit objects by clicking and holding your mouse button on an object you had build. To make it easier to edit whole classrooms, you can now simply start editing any object and it will finish the last one!
Easier tutorial. We've made the tutorial easier to do. Every button you have to press will be highlighted. Now you no longer have to search for hours ;).
Shortcuts. Use 'enter' to confirm a building, 'r' to rotate a building, 'v' to switch views and 'space' to switch time!
Keybindings. You can assign different keys to all shortcuts above in the Unity start-up screen. (at the 'input' tab).
Fixed all known bugs.

We would like to thank everyone for supporting us. We're a very small team, but we really love Rule Your School. A new update has been published, which contains new objects!

Wifi! We cannot live without it, and your students want it too! Build Routers and make sure all rooms have good wifi. A room without wifi means students who will complain.

We're happy to say we've published an update!

You can now delete maps in the main menu.
Fixed a bug where resizing a wall was blocked.
Fixed a bug where editing an object gave or costed you money.
Fixed a bug where the prom does not finish.
Replaced tutorial elements to make sure all text is readable during the tutorial.
Edited the formula for the ratio between teachers and students.
Fixed a bug where people would not walk to their table and keep standing in the corner.
Fixed a bug where the prom would crash if only 1 student would go.
Fixed a bug where you could change the time while inside a menu.
Fixed a bug where the game would crash during the tutorial.
Please report any bugs you find, it would help us a lot :).
