We know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from us, but trust us when we say we have not been resting on our laurels. We are currently working on two significant projects for you all. For those that don’t know QI Sports does not only want to make an excellent place for fans of the beautiful game but also have an ice hockey community too! We are currently working on adapting what we built for that world of ice and speed onto the same core platform that runs Kickoff Legends. As if that was not enough we are also working on bringing Kickoff Legends onto iOS. Both projects are advancing well, and a lot of this new build concerns those projects.
But here's a list of what you can already enjoy now!
We have worked hard on speeding up real-time connections between you and the server as well as you and your opponents, we are hoping to wrap up another speed-up project within the next few days
We have added staff level-up notifications and wall posts
We have added new League Rewards (passer, tackler, and bully) so now every aspect of the player league leaderboard is rewarded.
Changed Subs icon in Game Scene
Display Subs on live matches on wall
One Free Item for each new team, this means that when someone creates a team, they receive one free bonus item to improve their team. Tell all your friends! They just might beat you on their first day (if they play their strategies right that is off course). Always remember for each friend that you bring to Kickoff Legends, you get rewarded
Also, always remember, the game is available on Android, Steam and the browser! So all your friends can play too! You can start on any platform and continue playing on another and all platforms can play against each other!

Having given you a better way to plan ahead this time around we are adding a whole new strategic aspect to the game allowing you to give your team instructions as to how much you want to push ahead on the field. You will now find Mentality as part of your team strategy. This tell
Having given you a better way to plan ahead this time around we are adding a whole new strategic aspect to the game allowing you to give your team instructions as to how much you want to push ahead on the field.
You will now find Mentality as part of your team strategy. This tells your players how far you want them push up the field.
League matches now reduce match count, so make sure you play those obligatory matches first! Comments now boost wall posts again, if a post is commented on, it will now be moving up the wall.
Active items are now taken into account when you use the Auto button in the Lineup Tool
Fixes
If you use the team energy replenish in the lineup tool, the list of players is now updated following that purchase. It was already the case, it's just that you didn't see it, which caused some confusion.
Always remember that we can't do this without your feedback, it's what keeps us up at night. Do you miss a strategy? Do you want a specific type of player. Do you think that players need a new ability? Get in touch and let us know!

Having given you a better way to plan ahead this time around we are adding a whole new strategic aspect to the game allowing you to give your team instructions as to how much you want to push ahead on the field.
You will now find Mentality as part of your team strategy. This tells your players how far you want them push up the field.

Being in charge of a team you need not only to make the right decision during a match, but you also need to plan ahead. Today’s release helps you with with just that!
We have replaced the Player Offers section with Contracts, you will now be able to see how your team will look like in the next 5 seasons! Make sure that your team respects the salary cap. Start training your younger players in time. The Contract section also shows pending contract offers.
When you are in the Market for a new player the lists of free agents and last season players now also displays the salary a player expects. Like this you don’t have to click on each player that is interesting to you only to find out that you can’t afford him.
Bottom three teams of leagues that are higher than Level 1 are now demoted. Always remember, the higher the league level, the higher the reward for a league team and player reward.
Several Fixes:
There is still the problem with a match hanging at the start of either period, we are actively working on this issue so you don’t have to reload anymore when this happens. We’re not quite done, but we’re getting there.
The Coach achievement is now functioning correctly again.
There where some issues with several of the formations causing players to go wander off their starting positions for no apparent reason. This has been fixed

Being in charge of a team you need not only to make the right decision during a match, but you also need to plan ahead. Today’s release helps you with with just that!
We have replaced the Player Offers section with Contracts, you will now be able to see how your team will look like in the next 5 seasons! Make sure that your team respects the salary cap. Start training your younger players in time. The Contract section also shows pending contract offers.

When building your dynasty it's important to convince your players to stick around to see the project until the end. There is a famous saying, and it goes like so "Money talks!". When you offer one of your own players a contract you can now offer them a non-compete clause. This means that the player will not be taking any more offers from any other teams. Gone are the days of exclusive Friday's but at least you can hold on to your player if you are willing to pay him to stay.
On to the full list of new features:

Golden generation to boost average of players older than 32 years
New kids on the block to boost average of players younger than 22
Shin pads to improve player tackling
Different shoes to boost player speed/passing/shooting
Goal keeper gloves to improve your goalies Technical abilities
Speed up the match up in the lobby, opponent (or bot) now joins the game much faster
When you click fast forward during a match, the
You can now purchase energy drinks to boost your players stamina
You can now login with Steam from the game site. Start playing in steam then pick up the same match from another machine!
New non-compete clause to player offer. If you want to make a final offer to a player, you can pay an additional amount to freeze the offers. Only works if this is your player. This also means that we are removing the Friday offer freeze, in favor of the new non-compete clause.
New Inventory widget in the header of the dashboard. Always make sure you have an active item to give your team the best possible chance when playing a match!
