General usability update for Time Dilation Lab, first update since launch!
This is a general usability and enhancement update for Time Dilation Lab. - Default lower values for spacecraft speeds and positions are now enabled to prevent various line of sight conditions. - Hover-over text in the lab frame view now always appears above the three spacecraft.
