Add Korean localization and bug fix!
I added Korean translation! So now we have Chinese, Japanese and Korean! I also adjust the leniency of learning dp cut-scene. Player reported that they couldn't do the dp (down, down+lp+hp) during teaching cut-scene. So I make it a lot more linent. Thank you~
