The investigation terminal now works the way it should: - 'department' accepts names exactly as printed on forms, in every language (RESEARCH, HUMAN RESOURCES...), plus HR and R&D. - A failed lookup now clearly says "not in the NEXUS database" and lists valid codes. Not found
