Better feedback on powerups and combos
Added Power Ups
"R" is mapped to pause so you don't reach for the EMP "E" and hit "R" instead and restart the game by accident.
Added gravity wells
Added: - Heat and Health Meters - EPM pulse.... use 'E' button - Health rebuild - Gun can overheat and needs to cool down - Added level upgrades after each level.
