Hey guys, just a small update. Sorry for how long it took but I'm happy to share some new stuff with you and let you know there's more on the way.
That "something new" is a very small teaser for an upcoming non-canon scenario called Meta Town. It'll pay tribute to the great fanbase this game has and I'll be asking you guys for some community involvement in its creation, too. Beyond that, there will also be another canon scenario featuring an all-new character and locale that will kick off Season 2.
Updates on the technical side: we're getting closer to Mac and Linux. Also,due to it being probably the most contentious aspect of the game, I will be making the map system less cryptic. I wanted to try and lead the player to rely more on mental mapping, landmarks and a vague sense of where they had been, which is why the map was made so low-tech, but I feel like this element of the game was the cause of the biggest hangups, so I'll be souping it up. I hope those who want a more comprehensive map system will be excited.
There will be some more fun to be had in Creepy Castle over the summer. I hope you look forward to it!
