Added numbers to all upgrade/levelup windows
Fixed Fortune's Shield and The Boon synergy items. Counter Paw projectiles now properly hit enemies, knockback distance scales correctly, and The Boon's healing-on-damage now triggers as intended. Several metadata leaks on item removal have also been resolved.
