Fernbus Simulator | Hotfix Beta Update 1.35.101899 Now Available
Before switching to the beta version, please back up your save files, as they may not be compatible with the current live version. Important note: This is a beta version that is still in testing. Technical issues or instability may occur. We appreciate your feedback and bug repor

We appreciate your feedback and bug reports. They help us improve Fernbus Simulator.
How to install the beta version:
Open your Steam Library and right-click on Fernbus Simulator.
Select Properties.
Go to the Betas tab.
Under Beta Participation, select beta – Public Beta.
Close the window. The download will start automatically.
Once the download is complete, you can start Fernbus Simulator via Play.

Update 35 for Fernbus Simulator is now available!
The highlight of this update is the upgrade to Unreal Engine 5.6, bringing Fernbus Simulator to a more up-to-date technical foundation. As part of the upgrade, FSR and DLSS have also been updated.
The update also introduces a new sky and weather system. Vehicle friction is now affected by the surface and current weather conditions. Traction control as well as the ABS and ASR systems for buses have also been updated. Further improvements include gamepad controls, Photo Mode, mirrors and the interaction between wheels and curbs.
Fernbus Simulator also receives the new city of Bremerhaven, including a bus stop, which is added free of charge for all players with Update 35.
England DLC and Tourism W410
The England DLC and the Tourism W410 have also been released for Fernbus Simulator alongside Update 35. Both DLCs are available separately or together as a bundle.

Upgraded to Unreal Engine 5.6
Added Bremerhaven
Pressing the jump button while seated inside the bus now switches to the exterior camera
Updated traction control for buses
Improved wheel and curb interaction
Updated FSR and DLSS
Added a new sky and weather system
Vehicle friction is now affected by the surface and weather conditions
Improved gamepad controls
The game now waits for shaders to finish compiling when loading into the world
Fixed issues in Photo Mode
Updated ABS and ASR systems for buses
Adjusted rattle sounds
Updated localization
Updated automatic device configuration
Mirrors now dynamically adjust their resolution based on their display size
Mirrors and cameras can now be disabled by clicking them
Arcade Mode no longer blocks actions
The cursor can now be displayed outside the bus by right-clicking

today we would like to give you an outlook on the content planned for Fernbus Simulator this year.
First of all, we would like to apologize for the reduced frequency of updates recently. We know that many of you are still actively playing, sharing feedback, and looking forward to improvements. That’s why we are planning another regular update for this year.
This update will include, among other things:
Bug fixes
Level art fixes
Performance optimizations
Additional improvements to the game
In addition, the England DLC will be released this year. This DLC will expand Fernbus Simulator with over 18 new cities. It will also introduce a new bus, the Tourism W410, along with matching liveries and additional content.

Please note that timing and content are subject to change at any time. Further features may also be added that are not yet listed. With this preview, we want to give you a first overview of what you can expect this year in Fernbus Simulator.
