I found a cool bug that stopped towers from selecting targets sometimes! I also fixed it. I also added a demolition pack to the list of treasures that will explode empty towers, but I think it's doing the wrong amount of damage atm (it's wip and is going to be part of a new item
Just a couple fixes for the tutorial this time - there was a tooltip issue when unlocking towers via tutorial, and a very silly game state issue if your first life loss came from playing a burning card before starting a wave.

I fixed some crashing! The burning effect from the fire tower was causing trouble, especially with luck. Sometimes it gave you extra stuff. Sometimes it crashed your game. Now it probably does neither.
