Added a fullscreen toggle to the settings. Thank you for the feedback, hopefully this fixes the problems some people were encountering

Bank Shot is a Bullet Hell on a pool table with Rouge-like elements, where you are the weapon. Ram enemies to send them flying into the pockets or pelt them until they break. Choose upgrades that change the game, and shoot for the high score
