Yesterday we've added three new achievements to Wild Island Quest.
Namely:
A new dawn: Survive the night.
Herbicide: Find the herbicide.
Knowledge is power: Visit the library.
They were required for Playstation port of this game, which was released on July 19th, and I decided to add them to the Steam version too. The achievements itself are simple and self-explanatory, I hope that there won't be any problems with achieving.
Another thing to mention is that we've completely changed the game engine for 64-bit Windows version. It is now Unreal Engine 5. The change was required because it would be very hard to port the original game engine (INSTEAD engine) to Playstation.
Also we've changed the graphics a little bit and made proofreading of English text, check it out :)
Please leave a feedback: do you like the changed graphics better then original? And what about the corrected text? Is it more readable than the original text?
If you want to play the original version of the game, it is available as beta branch with the name classic, I've added new 3 achievements to the original version of the game too.
