This build adds manual camera rotation on the shoulder triggers and the Q and E keys, along with some cleanups and tweaks.

The fixed (non-rotating) camera is now the default view, with screen-relative controls. Eject and Quit options in the pause menu now work properly with mouse input; prior to this build they required the keyboard or a gamepad to work.

Some text cleanups in the tutorials; a few spelling fixes, and unnecessary text trimmed. The pause menu has also been reorganized, moving the contents of the System submenu to the main menu.

There are two changes in this update: - "One Fighter" mode; when this is enabled, if you lose a fighter you lose the mission. There are bonus requisition points if you can beat the mission in One Fighter mode, however. This mode can be enabled or disabled in Options->Gameplay.

The training missions now have an active tutorial.

Navigation is now initially set to track the closest AI control node. An option for a simplified HUD panel has been added under Options->Video.

This patch adds an "invulnerable" upgrade that can make you briefly ignore damage when active. It has a fairly long cooldown, but there's also an upgrade to reduce the cooldown time...
