Added small tutorial popups to help in the intro area. Updates to Dodge mechanic Moved off global cooldown and can be used instantly. Has a 0.25s CD. Cancels casts - channeled skills have their cooldown triggered, all other skills do not. Evasion window reduced from 1.0s to 0.5s.
