I honestly just wasn't expecting so many people to be interested in 100%ing the game, but I absolutely agree that it is way too difficult and separated from the rest of the game to warrant an achievement. As part of this update, anyone who had every achievement except for the torment mode achievement before the patch WILL RECEIVE THE TRANSCENDENTAL INVERTEBRATE ACHIEVEMENT UPON OPENING THE GAME. So get in there and claim your rightfully earned reward :D
😈 THERE'S A NEW REWARD FOR COMPLETING TORMENT MODE 😈
Instead of an achievement, you'll get a FANCY NEW PLAQUE on your wall commemorating your amazing performance if you complete the wormhole on torment mode. If you've already completed it, the plaque will be waiting for you the next time you open the game!

We had a few issues yesterday with some late game loading bugs, but they should be all fixed up and we're now on version 1.0.2! We've got some more bugs that we're tracking down and will try to have patched ASAP, so thank you all so much for the reports! Keep 'em coming in the Discord if you find anything!

The Supporter Pack has been approved and is available now! If you've already bought the game, you can grab it as an add-on, and if not, it's available in a bundle with the base game. You get a couple of high-res desktop backgrounds and a nice in-game poster above your worm desk, but more than all of that, you get a huge huge thanks from us for the extra support! As mentioned, it's completely and totally optional and we are so grateful for everyone who has bought the game in any form, but it's just a little extra thing for anyone who's interested :D

I'm also super excited to announce that we are FULLY VERIFIED for Steam Deck, so all of my deck gamers can rest assured that a positive worming experience awaits :) As someone who plays on a Steam Deck a lot as well, having that green check mark certainly feels good!

We've been hard at work on the full game, and we can't wait to share more as time goes on! We're going to be starting up some playtesting again in the next few months, so if you're not already in the Discord, make sure to join here to get involved! The Discord is also the best place to give your feedback on the Demo, report bugs, share your ideas for the game, or just hang out and chat! Come hang :D
