Building on top of ruins issue - bugfix. Added Mouse edge scrolling. Building is being attack translation bugfix. Zoom in limited to make it more usable. Made the HP bar for buildings bigger.

Your heroes should be a lot more likely to go for the reward now ;] Also added a bunch of other fixes and tweaks.
Some updates after the feedback I got during One More Game fest! Mostly quality of life things + a little bit of performance. Also added active pause!
