New enemies with smarter behavior! A freaking force shield. And more content on the way!
You can now pause at any time, move the camera around freely, and select crew members to attack targets. There are a few new UI elements, like the target icon and the in-game health bars. Plus, if you survive long enough and have plundered enough gold, you can upgrade to the new
The game is, at least, slightly more playable. And now you can select how your sailors target enemies. There were a bunch of other feature changes, but I forgot what they were so good luck.
Added sailor stats, some new encounters, and Ryan Reynolds!

Basically it's a little more playable and also now there are a couple of silly islands
