It's finally here: We are launching a public playtesting Version on Steam.
Let's introduce the game quickly!
Bot slash Bot is a fast-paced, top-down Hack n‘ Slash in which you control a rogue robot slashing & dashing through your former co-machines holding you captive! It's all about speed. Time is running out.
If you only played a earlier version of the game, here is a quick rundown of what this playtest entails:
A whole new prototype speedrunning feature update! This includes:
Online leaderboards for yourself, steam friends and global ranking
More challenge leaderboards: Fastest time, Fewest dashes, Highest style
New features to compare yourself to other players (kinda like Mario Kart Time Trials)
Hopefully no more crashes
Visual updates
Balancing updates
If you want to have a more detailed look at all the changes of the past, check out the discord. In the future, all updates will be shared here aswell.
You can test it out it right now if you request acess for the next week. Don't worry if you can't make it, there will be a new chance soon!
Important Reminder
This is our first stress-test of the version and working with steam. This is a prototype version to test out features and figure out if everything works correctly. Please don't be discouraged by the lack of polish and sometimes messy UI. We are working hard to improve the version but want to involve you guys in the process!
