It’s finally time, Driving Rogue is launching!
It’s been quite a journey getting here, and we hope you’ve had a chance to play and enjoy the demo. Your feedback throughout development has helped us improve the game enormously, and today we’re excited to finally let you jump into the full version!
What’s included at launch?
Unique Run Every run is procedurally generated and has 3 Stages with 3 Races each. After each race, you will be able to purchase cards, consumables, multipliers and abilities! Each race has a timer and score requirements, and you mustn't total your car!
Challenges Each third race in a stage will feature one of 11 custom challenges that will make you adapt to it!
Endless Mode Push your build, your car, and your skills as far as you can. The road doesn’t end until your run does!
Multiplayer Co-op, Up to 4 Players Hit the road together and see how far you can make it as a team!
Please keep in mind that multiplayer sessions are player-hosted, so connection quality can depend on your internet connection, hardware, and distance from the player hosting the session. Poor connections may occasionally result in unexpected behaviour during a run.
Progression System - Meta progression Keep playing, progress through the game, complete missions, and unlock new cars, cards, abilities, and driver traits to take on your next run.
Roguelite System! The game comes with 136 Mod cards, 26 consumables, 14 Multiplier cards, 6 Ability cards and 4 Box Cards, as well as 11 Driver Traits.
Complete OST, Radio System and system to use your own MP3 files! The game OST includes 26 songs, plus a system that lets you broadcast Simulator Radio with 3 different stations: Simulator Radio Station, Endless Rock, and Endless Dance, as well as fully customise in-game music. Besides, you can select which songs will be played in the menu, and which ones are for driving!
NPC's, Challengers and Boss Drivers Each race will feature Npc's on the road; some races will feature random challengers that you must beat in race and score, as well as the boss encounters!
Boss Encounters Every run features a boss encounter, but the real challenge comes at Stage 3, Race 3, where you'll face one of the Redline Bosses!
Ten Different Cars Each one comes with different traits and stats!
Car Customisation Make your ride your own with different customisation options and vinyls.
Dynamic Upgrades Your car evolves visually as your run progresses! Drift, Slipstream, Near Miss, and Top Speed each gain increasingly intense VFX as you level them up.
Your mods also transform your car: Body, Suspension, Electronic, and Engine Mods add effects like underglow, wheel effects, light trails, pops and bangs, and more. The number and rarity of your mods determine just how intense these effects become.
Photo Mode Found the perfect moment? Pause the action, find your angle, and capture it.
Four Different Biomes Take your runs through four different environments, each bringing a different look and feel to the road.
Dynamic Weather System Each race has a chance to spawn rain or snow, affecting how your car behaves in the race!
Hazards and Pick-ups Every race will have static obstacles on the road, raging drivers, hazards such as oil slicks, and pick-ups to boost you!
Leaderboards The game also features a leaderboard system that covers overall leaderboards and weekly leaderboards as well, giving you the possibility to check your friends' and global rankings!
Achievements The game comes with 37 Steam achievements!
And Much More! The full release also brings plenty of improvements, balancing changes, fixes, and polish based on everything we learned from the demo.
