Kickback is a pixel art top-down shooter with an unusual mechanic: the recoil of weapons is the only way to move around in the game. Different weapons have special features and characteristics that affect the movement physics and create a unique experience.
The demo is already available on Steam, and it has unique achievements.
A few days ago, the demo got a major graphics and effects update. There are bright neon colors, various lighting features, and an interlacing effect reminiscent of good old CRT TV sets! We took everything that we love from retro, sprinkled it with 80s games vibes and combined it with the dynamic fights against mutants in a biopunk setting.

We are happy to announce that the long-awaited football-themed update BlazeBowl and the big StarTrack DLC for the Steam version of BlazeRush are coming out today!
After today’s update, the owners of the base version of the game on Steam will have access to a new game mode called BlazeBowl. It allows you to play American football with the BlazeRush cars. Two new characters were also added to the game. Pass the ball to each other, make deceptive moves, shoot and explode; do anything to score a goal against your opponent!
The Steam players will also be able to purchase the previously unavailable BlazeRush: Star Track DLC. It includes an additional campaign with 30 missions, new type of transport, a new weapon and a special boss — a huge alien spaceship!
Finally, we would like to note that we were able to add the support for the Quest 2 and Quest 3 VR headsets for the Steam version of the game in this update.
