Minor changes: Changed the music track sync system.

Fixes Fixed issues with lasers that wouldn't get disabled. Fixed problems with some cameras in the overworld. Fixed wrong texts displaying for some characters. Adjusted music syncing.
Change default location of save files.
This build allows saves for multiple users in a single device. Now your save file should have each STEAMID as a prefix.
