Audio shoutout & patch notes

Fixed the settings-saving bug (audio/cursor speed weren't sticking), some menu cleanup, and a few smaller fixes based on what people flagged. Nothing huge, just tightening things up. While I'm here — I want to properly credit Peter, who did all the sound and music for this game.
