Game breaking bug fix in hospital level.

This is an announcement that Pigbook will transition to being a Free-to-play game in the following weeks. This was decided to make the game accessible to more players. Special thanks to everyone that supported the game by buying it up to now.
- adjusted item descriptions Due to request added more detailed instructions for items and a clue how some items should be used because as simple as it is, it wasn' t explained and obvious to a player.
