Added text how to close the picture. Added all flight tutorial binds to shown at once and for longer. Remove course notes "continue on next page" text. Added mention of ice mechanic during the briefing.
The flight controls are now shown when starting the second part of the game. Renamed engine control to accelerate/decelerate. Fixed stutter that could happen once near the end. Added new option to toggle display of the tutorial.
