What's new since the original
30 levels across six worlds. Half again as many as the original's 20, from the kitchen counter and the cellar out to the garden and the night-time street.
Six boss fights. A brand new addition: a tougher boss waits at the end of every fifth level, each with its own dirty tricks.
Familiar bugs, new tricks. The flies and grasshoppers you remember now behave differently, with flies dodging your swat and grasshoppers leaping clear, plus new bug types in the mix.
Now on mobile. Bug Bash 2 plays on your phone or tablet too, not just desktop, and you can add it to your home screen.

A couple of asset changes on certain levels. Increased the bug spawn interval when food is on the screen. Making hitting bugs and protecting food a bit more challenging. Additional bug bash sound effects were added.

The following changes have been made to the game: Birds will explode upon touching food. This has no effect on the gameplay. The images of the grey bird and the worm have been updated. A new level, "Allotment Assault", has been added. It features bees that will chase hungry bugs
The following changes have been made to the game:

Birds will explode upon touching food. This has no effect on the gameplay.
The images of the grey bird and the worm have been updated.
A new level, "Allotment Assault", has been added. It features bees that will chase hungry bugs when food is on the screen and remove their hunger. Killing a bee will reduce your score.
The name of level 10 has been corrected.
The score requirements for each level have been lowered to make it easier to advance to the next one.
The menu buttons will no longer shrink after returning to the menu on low-resolution screens.
The food detection area has been decreased so that bugs have to get closer to food before they can eat it.
The game will not crash anymore if there are no speakers or soundcard available.
The flickering around bugs on low-resolution screens has been fixed.
The bug collision behaviour has been improved to prevent bugs from getting stuck.

Added "New Game" button which will start the game from level 1. The "Play Now" button will start the game on the last level the player was on. The score will be set to the minimum required score to reach that specific level. Pressing escape during gameplay will now quit to the me

Slightly increased the hit zone of a bug to fix an issue where bugs were not hit even when they should have been hit.
Slightly increased the time a bug takes to smell food before moving towards it.
Increased the change in direction when a bug collides with the banner or other bugs.
