Fix teleport requirement: After you get ID Note item, if the next floor have other requirement (Level, Other item...), you still see options "Go to the next floor", now you need to have that item or reach that level in order to choose that option, or else it won't show up.

Example: If you are on floor 1, and you have item "Floor 2 ID Note" in your inventory, when you interact with Teleport Device, you can choose "Go to the next floor" like image below- Developer post
