Working to improve the UX per feedback, and fixing bugs as they are found!

Noticed that balance changes for factories accidentally slowed thumper output. Both have been sped back up, although not as much as before.

A lot of small updates and fixes, but the biggest change for this update is the tutorial now includes a couple steps to ensure players understand the core controls.

This update adds a nice skybox to gameplay, improving the look and feel of the game quite a bit. The Main menu background has also been updated to match latest art style changes.

Saw that people are having issues with some of the controls, specifically that they don't know they can remove buildings by holding the right mouse button. So I've added some quick control instructions to the side of the new game menu. Hopefully this helps. As always join the dis

Graphics Update! New animations added for: * Projectile Impacts * Mob Regeneration * Mob Damage Resistance A bug was found and fixed for large belt lines. +Misc fixes around steam achievements.

German, Spanish, and Portuguese interface translations are now available! Italian is expected to be available sometime next week. Like always let me know via Discord if you see any translation errors including any missing translations. Have fun!

The default branch of the play test now has New Game + options as well as difficulty options for new games! Also, ongoing performance improvements so you can build larger and larger factories.

Biggest update yet! I'm so very excited to share the latest progress on the game! Been working nights and weekends getting this done for you all. With this build, lots of things are changing. Old save files will still work, but I recommend starting new bases, or at least turning

Just some minor fixes this time: 1. Fixes a menu tooltip bug that would recommend the wrong structure to create something. 2. Fixes a chance for items to suddenly become huge. 3. Increase the velocity of items coming out of coal smelters. 4. Adding a creative mode factory for cre

Thanks for reporting the bugs! This fixes a corner belt failure caused by a previous change.

This fixes a bug with factories that are building things can can have more things on them (like belts and routers). There was a bug where belts feeding into the factory would occasionally try to put items on the object being constructed instead of the factory itself. This release

A belt stagger got introduced by a last-minute change that made it past testing. Should now be fixed.

Found some more performance bottlenecks in the rendering of the game. Larger bases should have much smoother frame rates now.

Performance update broke the router output. This should fix it.

This update should only contain performance improvements. Larger bases should have higher frame rates. Not really any new features. If something was broken by this build, reach out to us in the Discord server!

This is the biggest and likely the last big update for the playtest! There are now 6 tiers of technology and resources, many UI improvements like right-clicking to cancel individual queued items, and displays on buildings to let you know what recipe has been assigned. Huge thanks

Fixed the sliders on sound and music to be easier to use. Added an animation for arrow turrets so they have some action while shooting at creeps.

Changes for this build: 1. This build updates the art for the main character and a few other pieces. 2. There are also a lot of new sounds added to the game. 3. Tutorial fixes 4. Bug fixes Enjoy!

Thank you to @saurav_kumar_72 on Discord for working with me to create better art for Automate Defend Repeat. Up until this point, I've been sole developer and artist for this game, and I'm only decent at one of those two skills. The game still has a long ways to go, but I hope y
