Hello! We are busybear, the developers behind Bronana, sincerely appreciate all of you for taking the time to play our game.
First and foremost, we would like to extend an apology for the bugs and the negative experiences you may have encountered during recent gameplay. We understand that these issues led to an unpleasant experience, and we deeply regret that.
We have collected a large amount of feedback, and your valuable opinions are an essential basis for the future improvement and enhancement of the game’s quality. Thanks to your support, we are able to keep improving.
Before Bronana launched, we conducted many rounds of testing and version iterations to ensure the game was ready for release. However, after launch, we encountered several bugs that did not appear during testing, and certain unexpected gameplay issues that became major concerns for many players in the official release. We take full responsibility for not being able to spot those issues earlier.
These difficulties have only continued to fuel the passion and dedication our team has for Banana and our fans. Our developers have received all the feedback and have started making changes accordingly. Since we are a small studio with only two programmers, we may not be able to address every issue right away, but please rest assured that we will review and work on every concern. We ask for your patience and hope that with each update, we can improve the overall perception of Bronana. Below are our responses to some of the key issues:
Game Difficulty
Since the demo was released, we had not received enough feedback regarding the difficulty. As a result, we did not fully consider the experience of new players, which led to imbalances in the difficulty design. We will make adjustments as soon as possible to ensure that the game is enjoyable for both first-time and experienced players.
Boss Health Lockout
When designing the boss battles, we intended to introduce puzzle elements to make the combat more interesting. However, we now realize that using invincibility mechanisms may have resulted in a negative experience for players. Thank you for your feedback, we will adjust the boss battles differently in future updates to enhance the gameplay experience.
Meta-Progression System
We initially designed monsters and characters to grow together, and the intention was to provide additional challenges after completing difficult stages. However, this design did not receive sufficient feedback before launch, therefore the requirements for acquiring growth points were overly harsh. We have recognized this issue and will ensure that future updates will provide a more reasonable grinding system.
Bugs
Once again, we apologize for the current bugs in the game. We are doing everything we can to investigate and fix these issues as soon as possible, ensuring that the above issues will not affect your gaming experience.
