Clear the Racetrack for Steam Deck Support!

After about 6 months of silence in the garages, I proudly present the big Summer 2024 Update for Flat Spot! Brace yourselves for improvements, new content, and even less bugs!

Improve the look of your car with 6 new livery styles! (The other teams are also looking sharp!)
Some Drivers may leave their AI teams to get their chance to drive your car! (Silly season is real in Flat Spot)
The UI received a small overhaul, it has animations now! (Revolutionary, I know)
Races now end with a bit of a sparkle now! (You'll get it once you see it!)
You are finally able to cancel pit stops, in case you rethink your strategy. (Please don't ask why that feature took so long)
Some smaller changes include:

Off-Track events are fixed, along with some new events added.
Engines are now muted while pausing the game mid-race.
All combinations of Special Abilities are working as intended now.
After the release and the first month of bug fixing I took a break from working on Flat Spot, as I felt a bit burnt out. I want to take this opportunity now, almost exactly 6 months after the last update, to once again thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for playing the game, it means the world to me. As always, if you find any bugs, don't hesitate to contact me here on Steam, via mail or on instagram (@flatspotgame). And of course consider leaving a review, so undecided player have references to play!

The 3rd Lap of Patches
Winter Break is over and Flat Spot starts strong with another lap of patches. They are: Fixed Bug where camera would not properly switch to the second player-car once the first car had finished. Camera would not work in Career Mode once you quit out of a race. This is now fixed.
Winter Break is over and Flat Spot starts strong with another lap of patches. They are:

Fixed Bug where camera would not properly switch to the second player-car once the first car had finished.
Camera would not work in Career Mode once you quit out of a race. This is now fixed.
AI cars would turn back to start of the Pitlane when pitting. Not anymore.
Adding to that:

Updated the design for Adrenaline Rush, Wind Tunnel and Ice Cold attribute.
Update camera positions for some race results.
There are new events to manage in the Finance and PR section.
The reported bugs of the game freezing at the end of a race (or the race not finishing at all) and the player loosing progress is something I so far could not reproduce. My best guess is that is has something to do with the mentioned camera bugs after one car has finished, so maybe that fixed it. If not, please promptly contact me on Steam, on Instagram (@flatspotgame) or via mail and I'll try my best to fix it asap.

The cars in Flat Spot are fast-paced, and so are the patches. This is the second round of patches, thanks again to everyone who made suggestions and brought bugs to my attention.
This patch includes:

A revised version of the Settings Menu with... - a zoom sensitivity setting for the race camera - additional control elements for Music, UI and Engine volume.
Languages should now load in correctly (they did not do that before, because of corrupted save data)
When starting a new career mode, players can now choose a difficulty for the opposing teams (can only be done once at the start)(also not available for already existing Career Mode-savesm those are all on 'medium' difficulty)

This is the first lap of patches for Flat Spot!
Thank you so much to everyone that bought the game, and a special thank you for all the feedback and reports of bugs. Please consider writing a review, and of course I hope that the game is even better now.
Patches include:

UI improvements and correct text display.
Fixing a critical bug where cars would get stuck and not finish the race, forcing the player to restart without saving progress.
Load in a Rallye-chassis in the race, to show secondary colors on the car.
Feedback when there is no effect on the off-track decision.
An explanation of the driver attributes in the help menu (WHY DID I FORGET THAT?!).
